These terms govern your use of CapeForge (this "site"), a free Minecraft Bedrock cape creation tool by Mint Dino. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
Use this site for its intended purpose: creating Minecraft Bedrock cape resource packs. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, circumvent its intended limits, or use it to distribute harmful files.
User-generated content
Any artwork, images, GIFs, or videos you upload remain yours. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to use it.
Prohibited content
Don't use this site to create capes containing content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to use.
Intellectual property
The underlying cape physics system, the Cape Creator application, and the Mint Dino brand are owned by Mint Dino. Copyright in each generated Minecraft resource pack's underlying cape system remains with Mint Dino; you retain rights to the artwork you supply. Generated packs are provided for personal use in Minecraft Bedrock.
Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. This site is an independent, fan-created project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.
Service availability
This site is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and the site may be unavailable from time to time.
Third-party services
This site links to third-party platforms (such as YouTube and CurseForge). Mint Dino is not responsible for the content or practices of those platforms.
Advertising
This site displays advertising served through Google AdSense to support free access to the Cape Creator. Ad placements are designed not to interfere with core editing features. See the Cookie & Advertising Policy for details.
No guarantee of future Bedrock compatibility
Minecraft Bedrock is updated by Mojang and Microsoft over time. While generated capes are built to work with current Bedrock versions, there is no guarantee that every future Bedrock update will remain compatible with capes generated today.

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Mint Dino is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or the packs it generates.
